Check your address at checkout. If a package comes back due to an incorrect or unclaimed address, reshipping may require a new shipping fee.

Each Galerifia case is made to order. Once an order enters processing or production, we do not normally accept returns or refunds for change of mind or customer-selection errors, including choosing the wrong phone model, case type, artwork, or quantity, except where required by applicable law.
If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we may be able to update or cancel the order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we will provide an appropriate resolution.
