These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Galerifia website, products, and services. Galerifia is operated by Unificator, LLC. By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Disclaimer / Legal Notice.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

2. Eligibility and use of the website
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to use our website and place an order. By using the website, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the website.
3. Accounts
If account creation is available, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it where necessary.
We may suspend or restrict access to accounts where we reasonably believe there is fraud, misuse, security risk, or a breach of these Terms.
4. Products and compatibility
Galerifia sells physical phone cases and accessories featuring art-inspired designs. Products are designed for specific phone models and case types selected by the customer at checkout.
You are responsible for selecting the correct phone model, case type, artwork design, quantity, shipping address, email address, and other order details before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, incorrect fit, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
Compatibility references, including device names and model names, are used only to describe which devices our products are intended to fit.
5. Product images, colors, and variations
We aim to display product images, colors, designs, and descriptions accurately. However, the final appearance of a product may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, production methods, material finish, artwork placement, and device model dimensions.
Minor variations in color, placement, crop, finish, or texture do not necessarily mean the product is defective.
6. Made-to-order nature
Many products are prepared after an order is placed and are produced specifically for the selected phone model and design. Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Because products are prepared for your selected model and design, certain order changes or cancellations may not be possible once processing has started. Your rights under applicable consumer law are not affected.
7. Pricing, payment, taxes, and currency
Prices are displayed on the website and at checkout in the currency shown to you. The final amount payable, including applicable product price, shipping, taxes, discounts, and fees, is shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
Payment must be completed before an order is processed. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
We may correct pricing, product, or typographical errors at any time. If an error affects your order, we may contact you with options, correct the error, cancel the affected order, or issue a refund where appropriate.
8. VAT, customs, duties, and import charges
International orders may be subject to VAT, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, customs inspections, unpaid import charges, or incorrect import information supplied by the customer.
9. Order acceptance, cancellation, and availability
Receiving an order confirmation does not mean that your order has been finally accepted. We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order where there is suspected fraud, payment failure, product unavailability, pricing error, shipping restriction, policy violation, or other legitimate operational reason.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund for the cancelled item or order to the original payment method, unless another lawful resolution is agreed.
Product availability may change without notice. We do not guarantee that any product, design, model, or case type will remain available permanently.
10. Shipping and delivery
Shipping options, estimated processing times, estimated delivery times, tracking information, and delivery-related issues are explained in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by production volume, carrier delays, customs processing, local disruptions, weather, peak periods, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, we may not be responsible for replacement, refund, or reshipping costs, except where required by law.
11. Returns, refunds, and exchanges
Returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, quality claims, lost-package claims, and cancellation rights are explained in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Returns must be requested and approved before any item is sent back. Sending an item back without approval may delay processing or make it harder for us to identify and resolve your request.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights that apply in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or your country of residence.
12. Promotions, discounts, and offers
Discount codes, promotions, bundles, free shipping offers, and other offers may be subject to conditions, exclusions, usage limits, expiration dates, and availability.
Unless stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined, cannot be applied after checkout, and have no cash value. We may modify, suspend, or end promotions at any time, provided this does not affect orders already lawfully completed under the promotion.

16. Artwork, artist names, and public-domain content
Galerifia products may feature, reference, or be inspired by classic artworks, artists, titles, periods, and visual themes. Where applicable, designs are based on works believed to be in the public domain, lawfully available sources, licensed materials, or other lawful use.
Artist names, artwork titles, and historical references may be used to identify the design inspiration, source artwork, or cultural context. Such references do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation.
17. No affiliation with brands, artists, museums, or rights holders
Galerifia is an independent brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Apple Inc., Google LLC, Samsung Electronics, or any other smartphone manufacturer.
Galerifia is also not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any artist, museum, gallery, estate, foundation, archive, or rights holder unless expressly stated.
All third-party names, trademarks, logos, service marks, product names, device names, artist names, artwork titles, and institutional names remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification, compatibility, historical, descriptive, or informational purposes.
18. Intellectual property complaints
If you believe that any content on our website infringes your copyright, trademark, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights, please contact us at contact@galerifia.com with enough information for us to review the claim.
Your notice should include:

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim related to an order will be limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or order, unless a higher amount is required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Galerifia and Unificator, LLC from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the website, unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, or submission of false or misleading information.
