This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on the Galerifia website are processed, shipped, tracked, and handled if delivery issues occur. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

2. Order processing
Orders are processed after purchase and prepared for shipment. Most orders begin processing within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
For estimated processing purposes, orders placed after 17:00 Dublin time, during weekends, or on public holidays may be treated as received on the next business day.
During busy periods, product launches, promotions, or carrier disruptions, processing may take longer than usual. If we expect a significant delay, we will try to contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
3. Shipping destinations
We ship to many international destinations. Availability may depend on your delivery country, carrier access, local restrictions, and checkout settings.
If your country is not available at checkout, we may not currently ship to that destination.
4. Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping option available for your order.
If we offer free shipping, discounted shipping, or another shipping promotion, the offer and any conditions will be shown clearly at checkout or on the relevant promotional page.
The shipping amount displayed at checkout is the amount charged for shipping. It may include carrier, delivery, handling, logistics, or fulfillment-related costs.
5. Delivery estimates
Delivery time includes order processing time plus carrier transit time. Processing usually begins within 1 to 3 business days. The estimates below refer to carrier transit time after dispatch.
Estimated transit times after dispatch:
· United States: 8 to 14 business days
· Europe: 3 to 10 business days
· United Kingdom: 3 to 10 business days
· Canada: 8 to 14 business days
· Australia and New Zealand: 8 to 16 business days
· Rest of world: 8 to 16 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Remote areas, customs processing, local holidays, incorrect addresses, weather disruptions, and carrier delays may increase delivery times.
6. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where tracking is available.
· Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.
· Some international shipments may show limited tracking during certain parts of transit.
· Some shipments may receive more than one tracking number if the parcel transfers between carriers.
7. Customs, duties, VAT, and import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other local fees. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
We are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by customs authorities, postal services, or local carriers.
If a shipment is refused, rejected, or returned because customs fees or import charges were not paid, original shipping costs may not be refundable.
8. Address accuracy and changes
Please make sure your shipping address, email address, and contact details are complete and accurate before placing an order.

· If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address.
· Once an order has shipped, we usually cannot change the delivery address.
· We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.
· If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery, or unclaimed parcel, reshipping may require an additional shipping charge.
9. Delayed shipments
Carrier delays can happen due to customs processing, weather, strikes, local disruptions, peak-season volume, public holidays, or other events outside our control.
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your estimated delivery window has passed, contact us with your order number and we will help investigate.
10. Lost packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us at contact@galerifia.com with your order number and tracking details.
To help us investigate with the carrier or fulfillment partner, please report suspected lost packages within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
If the carrier confirms that a package is lost and cannot be recovered, we will work with you on an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
11. Marked delivered but not received
If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please check the following before contacting us:
· Household members or anyone else at the delivery address
· Neighbors or nearby addresses
· Building reception, concierge, mailroom, parcel locker, or safe-place location
· Your local post office, courier depot, or carrier pickup point
· Delivery notes or proof-of-delivery information in the tracking page
If the package still cannot be located, contact the carrier for delivery details and contact us with your order number. If the carrier confirms that the package was lost or delivered incorrectly and cannot be recovered, we will review the case and help with an appropriate solution where possible.
12. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at contact@galerifia.com as soon as possible.
Please include:
· Your order number
· A short description of the issue
· Clear photos of the item and the problem area
· A photo of the packaging and shipping label if relevant
Please keep the product and packaging until your claim is resolved, as the carrier or fulfillment partner may request additional information.
13. Missing items
If part of your order is missing, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and details of the missing item.
Some orders may be shipped in separate parcels. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking update or delivery notification.
14. Returns address
Do not send returns to our registered office unless our support team specifically confirms that address for your case.
